The menu offers most typical local products prepared with passion. At our holiday farm you can taste the typical dishes of the Trentino tradition: canederli bread dumplings, strangolapreti spinach dumplings and main courses with polenta, rabbit, pork ribs and sausage, as well as the house speciality: meat on the spit.
We also cook with authentic products from our own vegetable garden. You can enjoy fresh, crispy bread baked daily by Daniele and desserts prepared by Marina: panna cotta, strudel, homemade yoghurt garnished with strawberries and blueberries...
