Together with Stefania Lusuardi, we’ll walk through the forest to discover the many botanical species that for centuries have been used to nourish and heal. A journey through colours, scents, legends, traditional uses and ancient rituals.

After gathering herbs and plants, we return to the farm where Renato – chef of the food truck Quel che gh’è – will lead a show cooking session, showing how to transform the harvest into a dish full of ancient flavours, paired with a glass of Nosiola wine from the Valle dei Laghi.
