Description

San Rocco Apartments comprises three elegant apartments featuring a chic, minimalist design, recently renovated within a charming historical building nestled in the scenic Piazza San Rocco. Our apartments are situated adjacent to the Palazzo Pretorio, dating back to the second half of the 14th century and home to the Town Hall. You will find us in the heart of Riva del Garda, less than 50 metres from the lake and the 34-metre high Apponale Tower (built in the XIII century). In addition, our apartments boast a strategic setting, allowing you to immediately immerse yourself in the splendour of the magnificent lake upon stepping outside. There are plenty of enchanting vistas to explore nearby. As you stroll leisurely along the lakeside, you can opt to plunge into its azure waters or choose to rejuvenate in the shade of floral gardens. Alternatively, you can stop to unwind at the various bars and restaurants lining the waterfront.

No pets allowed

Local regulations stipulate that guests must pay a tourist tax of €1 per person/night, starting from the age of 14, for a maximum of 10 days. The tax must be paid in addition to the price of the holiday let


To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival

If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit.

San Rocco apartments are located in a pedestrian area of the town centre. Guests are permitted car access to load and unload luggage during check-in and check-out
