Little semidetached stone house 100 meters away from the woods, in the setting of a very small Middle Ages Village near the Brenta Dolomiti.

Located in a position that allows you to practice sports all year round and at any level of ability. From hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, skiing, ski touring, climbing, and paragliding you will be surprised by how many activities you can choose from. Some are right in Sclemo, others less than 30 minutes drive.

The Space
The house is part of a larger historic building spread over four floors.
The entrance is on the first floor and accessed via an external staircase. The Main Bedroom is on the second floor with its Mezzanine floor that can host two extra guests.
The house has a pellet stove for heating.

The Village has a Pub and a Minimarket.

Check-in from 4 pm to 9 pm- Check-out before 11:00 am

Excluding tourist tax of € 1 per person per night up to 10 consecutive days from 14 years of age

• Only the number of guests declared can stay

• The apartment can accommodate up to 4 declared guests

•Smoking is not permitted

•Pets are welcome, but for hygienic reasons not allowed on the beds

•Please separate garbage for recycling

•Close the windows, close the front door and turn off the lights when you are not in the apartment

• Shoes must be removed when going up to the bedrooms

•Hot water is supplied from a medium sized 100 liter hot water tank, please be mindfull of consuption if you wan to shower one afer the other

• From 11/1 to 31/03 we will supply 7.5 kg of pellets per day for heating the house, extra can be purchase at guest cost

•You must report any damages

•The house is connected on two sides by neighbours, who can sometimes be heard as it is an old stone house

• Yes, respectful of neighbors, silence after 10pm
