The apartment “Al Tares” is located in the village of Lenzumo, in Valle di Ledro, about 3 km from the lake and an excellent starting point for lovers of hiking, nature walks and mountain biking. The apartment, located on the second floor is spacious and bright, has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom ,a spacious and equipped kitchen, a storage room and a large living room. It has got a balcony, a private garden with chairs and beach umbrella, a parking space in front of the house, and a large entrance on the ground floor. It has washing machine, fridge with freezer and oven. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, a bar, a bus stop and a children’s playground.
We accept pets by arrangement.
German and English are spoken.
HOW TO ARRIVE BY CAR:
Motorway A22: exit Rovereto Sud – SS240 towards Riva del Garda from which you continue towards Valle di Ledro. After passing the village of Pieve, at the crossroads turn right for Val Concei, passing the SP119 and via del Bò you will reach Lenzumo in via 3 giugno where at number 11 next to the bus stop you will find the apartment.
Motorway A4: (for those coming from Milan): exit Brescia Est – follow signs for Madonna di Campiglio/Val Sabbia – at Storo continue for Valle di Ledro. After the village of Bezzecca, at the crossroads turn left for Val Concei, passing the SP119 and via del Bò you will reach Lenzumo in via 3 giugno where at number 11 next to the bus stop you will find the apartment.

Tourist tax, final cleaning, gas cylinder and water are included in the price, electricity consumption is charged separately at the end of your stay.
