The Chardonnay is used both for still wine and sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif or served with fish dishes. Not to miss is the tasteful Spumante Trento Doc, best with aperitifs and fish dishes. Do not forget the Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Traminer Aromatico and Yellow Muscatel, excellent as dessert wines.
