Malga Zanga offers 7 comfortable rooms with 2, 3 and 4 beds and with private bathroom, a restaurant and a panoramic open space overlooking Brenta Dolomites and Arco.
The hairpin bends to reach the malga stimulate the appetite, which will be satiated in our restaurant with a tasty lentil soup, or delicious tortel of potatoes with melted cheese and porcini mushrooms, or a tasty polenta with goulash. On reservation we prepare other first courses and main courses of meat, all cooked according to the Alpine tradition.
We also prepare excellent vegetarian dishes with vegetables grown in the garden of our friend Volfang, at 20 m away: aromatic risotto with pumpkin or cabbage, scented vegetables au gratin or stewed,fortifying soups in the ancient way.
And at the end of the lunch you can taste our home made cakes!
