Description
A Unique Gourmet Dinner

A collaborative dinner in which each course tells a different story of freshwater fish paired with mountain sparkling wines. The evening begins in the park of Monastero Arx Vivendi with a finger food aperitif, before moving into the monastery’s elegant and atmospheric rooms. Here, each course bears the signature of a different chef and is paired with a carefully selected Trentodoc.

Between the courses, Nicola Segatta accompanies the dinner with short live interludes. A composer, cellist, luthier and writer, he performs on a cello he built himself, combining music and voice while drawing inspiration from the rhythm and atmosphere of the evening.

The event is organised in collaboration with Strada del Vino e dei Sapori del Trentino, MusicaRiva and Centro Formazione Professionale ENAIP Riva del Garda. 

The fish used for the dishes is supplied by Astro.
