we are Francesca and Antonello,
and we would like to welcome you to our apartments in Torbole sul Garda. The place where we live is truly wonderful: a peaceful location just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Garda and the town centre. The perfect solution for those seeking relaxation without giving up the convenience of nearby services and amenities.
Our guests can enjoy a large shaded garden, private parking, and a secure storage area for bicycles and surf equipment. The apartments are also equipped with a safety deposit box, television, washing machine, and Wi-Fi.
Villa Francesca is also ideal for families, thanks to the many cycling and walking paths, the services available in the area, and the welcoming atmosphere that characterises Torbole and the Garda Trentino region.
We are sure you will fall in love with our territory. Breathtaking landscapes reveal enchanting views between majestic mountain peaks and crystal-clear waters, while nature trails invite you to enjoy walks and excursions suitable for every level. Whether it’s scenic hikes, trekking adventures, swimming in the clear lakes, or simply relaxing outdoors, every corner offers authentic emotions and a deep connection with the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
We offer our guests the option of bringing their own bed linen and towels. However, upon request, we can provide:
- Bed linen: €9.00 per person
- Towels: €4.00 per person
Please note that children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge.
We do not accept credit cards, cheques, or POS/card payments. The balance must be paid in cash upon key collection.
TOURIST TAX: €1.00 per person (over 14 years of age), applicable for a maximum of 10 days.
Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Please do not worry if these times need to be adjusted, as some flexibility may be possible depending on reservations and availability.

The apartments consist of a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a terrace, with the option to provide two additional sleeping spaces in the living room for a maximum of 4 persons. Each apartment is furnished with a fridge-freezer, an oven, dishes, a washing machine, hair dryer, toaster, safe-deposit box and satellite TV. Parking spaces and bicycle and surfboard storage areas are also available. Each apartment is provided with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and sun loungers for the garden. Cots are also available on request. Small and medium sized dogs are accepted upon request. We do not accept credit cards.
