Fully enclosed and featuring private reserved parking, the property offers fully equipped three-room apartments (90 m²), available all year round. Nestled in one of the quieter parts of Riva del Garda, our residence is located in a peaceful residential area just a short walk from the historic centre and Lake Garda.
The location is truly unbeatable, with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and La Rocchetta (including the Church of St. Barbara and the Bastion).

City tax excluded = €1.00 per night and per person, for those aged 14 and over, and for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
To respect the neighbors, parties are not allowed, and silence is requested between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

The apartments are located in a pink building. To reach it coming from Arco, take a left 100 meters after the overpass on Via Grez; otherwise, coming from Riva, take a right 100 meters before the overpass. The aprtments
Perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends, each apartment features two large balconies. Ground-floor units also include a private enclosed garden area, furnished with sofas and armchairs for ultimate comfort. Every apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, bed and bath linens, a washing machine, heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes crockery, utensils, an oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, while the bathroom is fitted with a bidet and hairdryer.
