ADRIANO CANDIAGO
Born in Argentina, Adriano Candiago is an Italian director and screenwriter who graduated in directing from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in 2013. He has worked as assistant director for Daniele Luchetti and Claudio Giovannesi, while developing his own projects in cinema and television. He co-wrote Le città di pianura, presented in competition in the Un Certain Regard section at the Cannes Film Festival and winner of eight David di Donatello awards, including Best Original Screenplay and Best Casting. He is currently working on his first animated feature film. Alongside his filmmaking career, he teaches screenwriting and directing.
Route description
From the shadow of the walls of Stenico Castle, we will set off towards Val Laone.
Passing through different vegetation zones and walking beneath Scots pines, hornbeams and majestic beeches, we will follow a forest road offering beautiful views over the Bleggio and Lomaso areas. The final stretch leads through an evocative woodland trail to the Arca di Fraporte, a remarkable place where the power of water has sculpted the rock over time, creating a unique and fascinating natural monument.
