A gourmet lunch

Brioleum offers a tour of the oil mill, followed by a dinner in collaboration with the “Vitis Lounge Winery” restaurant in Arco. The menu, designed by the chef, accentuates the unique characteristics of the extra virgin olive oil DOP Garda Trentino produced by Brioleum, a young mill focused on high-quality products from the start.

Brioleum - An Olive Oil Mill That’s Young at Heart

In 2016, the young Gian Piero Scannone opened Brioleum, driven by a passion for olive cultivation and oil extraction. The ingredients include a sub-Mediterranean climate, olive trees that are over 150 years old, terrain located on Mount Brione, cold extraction to guarantee maximum quality, and a deep respect for the land. It's a story that's close to the mill’s heart.
