INFO & FAQ - Breathing – Antioxidant Treatments:
- Bookings within 5:00 p.m. the day before the trip;
- Start: 9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.;

- Duration: the activity lasts at least 3 hours, but can be extended as long as wished;
- Service included: two thermal inhalation treatments to decongest the respiratory tracts, natural wellness activity in the Terme di Comano park with a spa operator, thermal water with anti-inflammatory and moisturising effects, detox herbal tea at the Terme di Comano wellness centre, complimentary water bottle and water spray to take the benefits of thermal water home with you;
- Required equipment: please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

- Service included: Entry to the Thermal Spa with outdoor semi-Olympic pool with chlorinated thermal water (32-33°C), panoramic indoor thermal pool, whirlpools and therapeutic waterfalls, outdoor pool on panoramic terrace with freshwater (29°C), indoor pool with freshwater (31-32°C), nebulised thermal shower, indoor relaxation areas and personal lounger by the pool or on the park lawn. Sauna and steam bath area with bio-sauna, thalasso bath and Mediterranean bath. Wellness lunch (with morning entry) or dinner (with afternoon entry), fruit cocktail and thermal water to drink, fitness, and outdoor natural wellness activities as specified in the daily programme;
