The property houses a studio apartment on the first floor and a one-bedroom apartment on the second, each with its own private entrance. Both apartments are thoughtfully furnished and available to book all year round.
Just 2 km from the splendid shores of Lake Garda, the apartments are the perfect starting point for hikes on Monte Baldo, known for its breathtaking views and scenic trails. They are also conveniently located just a short stroll from the charming old town of Nago-Torbole, with its shops, restaurants and local attractions.

Tourist tax excluded = €1.00 per night and per person, from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
To respect the neighbors, parties are not allowed, and silence is requested between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

The apartments are located in a yellow historic building with brown accents. There are some narrow streets to get there. To simplify your arrival, the day before your arrival, you will receive all the precise directions via WhatsApp along with some videos.
Private parking is available for small cars. For larger vehicles, free public parking can be found just a five-minute walk from the residence.
The apartments
Perfect for couples, friends or families, the studio apartment on the first floor features a private terrace – ideal for a peaceful, comfortable stay – while the one-bedroom apartment on the second floor offers more space and a furnished terrace where you can unwind and enjoy the views. Each terrace is equipped with an outdoor table, perfect for al fresco dining.
Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, bed and bath linens, a washing machine, heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes crockery, utensils, an oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, while the bathroom is fitted with a bidet and hairdryer.
