Outdoor experiences Via Ferrata

For experienced hikers and beginners, Garda Trentino gives you the opportunity to enjoy the thrill of verticality with equipped paths which, thanks to the equipment, allow you to reach the highest peaks, the truest emotion. Here you will find via ferrata routes that will take you away from over-trodden paths, along impervious walls but which, with expert guides and the right equipment, become an emotion accessible to many people.

The via ferratas of varying degrees of difficulty in Garda Trentino are always perfectly signposted and maintained every year to guarantee your safety. All you have to do is enjoy the summit, breathe the freedom, admire the landscape in front of you.

All the rules for rock climbing and hiking also generally apply for the via ferratas.

  • Avoid gatherings. Change itinerary if there are too many people
  • Avoid overtaking. When you encounter a fast rope team or if it is coming from the opposite direction, give it precedence in the widest points and wear a mask.
  • Walk the via ferrata only uphill
  • Sanitize your hands often. If you use via ferrata gloves, sanitize them and dry them in the sun at the end of the activity or during long breaks.
  • It is advisable to use the buff or the visor cap because of the sweat under the helmet.
  • Don’t share the equipment
