Outdoor experiences Climbing

Garda Trentino is indisputably the home of climbing: Climbing here will be a real experience for you. You will immerse yourself in a nature made to be challenged as ordinary enthusiasts and great champions have always done: here, they have found a real open-air gym. Outdoor crags are low-risk areas for virus transmission; however, we invite you to follow some behavioural guidelines for your own and other climbers' safety.   

The rules for climbing a rock face in total safety:

• If you don’t feel good, stay at home
• Avoid gatherings; if the crag is busy, change your program: choose another crag or activity
• Avoid unnecessary physical contacts
• Don’t share bottles, food and drinks
• Cough or sneeze in a tissue or into your elbow
• Refrain from touching your face
• Respect the social distance of 2 metres and wear the face mask, when there are other people
• Choose a climbing line 5 meters away from a busy one
• Don’t share the equipment 
• Don’t put the rope in your mouth
• Disinfect your hands before and after each climb
• Use liquid chalk with >70% alcohol
• During climbing, droplet transmission is higher. Wear a sport mask to avoid spreading droplets on the wall.
• When belaying, wear a face mask and glasses (or face shield) to protect yourself from the possible droplets falling from the climbing partner above you
• Woods and fields are not toilets
• Wild camping is forbidden
• Take tissues, masks and waste back home with you
