Directly from the mountain pastures (like for example those on Monte Baldo and Tremalzo), where the air is pure and the environment is uncontamined, there are many specialties of cheese for all the tastes: fresh and aged cheese, yogurt, ricotta cheese and butter, all obtained from delicious cow or goat milk.
Try them with local honey! You can eat on their own or use it in different recipes, i.e. the Caponec from Ledro Valley! Taste them!
