Ingredients (4 people):
600 g Carne salada (salted meat)
200 g beans
100 g onions
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper
Fry the onions slices in oil, until starting to soften, then add beans and chopped rosemary and sage (dried beans must be soaked 12 hours), cover with water, add pepper and salt and cook them until they become tender. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the slices Carne Salada, gentle fry until they begin to change colour; add extra virginolive oil and serve with beans.
