Route: from Riva del Garda, follow the signs for Ledro, passing through locality San Giacomo. On the main road to Ledro Valley, turn left before the tunnel, direction Deva. Cross the small town of Pranzo, and go no till you reach Lake Tenno. From here go back to Riva del Garda, passing through Ville del Monte, Cologna, Gavazzo and Varone.

Route: from Arco, following the signs for Rovereto, reach the town of Bolognano, where you will find the beginning of the ascent for Santa Barbara pass on Mt. Velo. The ascent is challenging, full of U-bends, but it’s a must for road cycling lovers. Almost the whole route is immersed in the woods and has a breathtaking view on the valley and Lake Garda below.

Route: from Riva del Garda, reach the suburb of Varone, where the ascent begins. The route crosses the towns of Gavazzo and Cologna. Before reaching Tenno, it’s worth stopping along the road to admire the wonderful view on Lake Garda, as it’s worth taking a picture of the turquoise waters of Lake Tenno, that you will reach right after Ville del Monte.

Route: from Dro, follow the signs for Drena. Along the ascent you will pass by the “Marocche biotope”, a unique lunar landscape. On the right, just above you, the wonderful Castle of Drena. After having crossed the centre of the town of Drena, go on till you reach the pass, direction Cavedine Valley.
