Certified Carne salada, or IGP-certified fresh local Fish from Lake Garda; DOC-certified Wines, sweet Slow Food Vino Santo, Beer, Spirits and Liqueurs and last but not least DOPcertified chestnuts from Drena, Nago, Tenno and Campi (De.Co.) as well as berry fruit from our Valleys.
And then there is also Trento balsamic vinegar, Truffles, Saffron, Cheeses, Apples and Honey: products which are all truly unique thanks to the special climate on the lake a Mediterranean oasis against the backdrop of the Dolomites. ACADEMY OF OLIVES AND OIL - Girolio
An exciting and educational event which for the special occasion becomes part of the “Girolio” olive oil festival. This year we deal with various facets of the theme OIL in the competition “All about extra virgin olive oil” with the
participation of the catering colleges in the area which will compete on Friday and Saturday with recipes using local Garda Trentino produce. On Friday, primary schools can learn about healthy eating with “Mamma What Oil You Give Me”
THE ART OF FINGER FOOD
In collaboration with Casa degli Artisti in the medieval village Canale we have organised an original event where 5 chefs prepare dishes from 5 works of art using only the produce of Garda Trentino. You are invited to join us on Saturday at 11 a.m. for tastings which will continue all weekend at the Casa degli Artisti – Canale di Tenno.
APERITIVO OF THE CATERING COLLEGE
We are delighted to be collaborating with the hotel and catering college Centro Formazione Professionale Alberghiero Enaip in Riva del Garda which, apart from offering practical support for the event, will offer a tasty and original Aperitivo every evening!
We will be expecting you at the booth on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for three days of barman show.

The Organic Farmers’ Market organised by “La Credenza Gruppo la BUSA” will be held in the main squares of the historic town centre of Riva del Garda.
All day Saturday and Sunday you are welcome to come and discover the organic produce of Garda Trentino!

Simone is back again this year! There is not much that hasn’t been said about him over the years: “… Without a shadow of a doubt one of the most creative Chefs of the moment, young, cheeky, fun and inventive, accessible to all, even those who are no great shakes in the kitchen!”. Innovative cooking with respect for tradition and raw materials … we can only wait for Sunday 6th November at 11 a.m. to find out what great recipe Simone will come up with to wow us

During the weekend take the opportunity to visit the vineyards on the Wines and Flavours of Trentino Trail! The producers will only be too glad to tell you all about themselves and their produce and offer you a special tasting experience.
DE.CO. - CERTIFIED CARNE SALADA
A true speciality of Garda Trentino, made to a medieval recipe from rump beef which makes it aromatic and suitable for eating raw or cooked. It was recently awarded De.Co. - certification (Protected Designation of Origin) in recognition of the quality and origin of the product. Served as an appetizer sliced thin and dressed with extra virgin olive oil from Garda Trentino and lemon or cooked on a red hot plate for a few seconds and served with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar with beans, all strictly Garda Trentino produce.
