During the First World War, the inhabitants of Valle di Ledro were evacuated and sent to some villages nearby Prague, where they also learned to cook local specialities that nowadays are part of our culinary tradition, as the famous Bohemian dumplings, oulash and livanze a final soft dessert to conclude.
As a tribute to Bohemia, 5 restaurants want to give you the opportunity to taste some of the best Bohemian specialities "Made in Ledro" and a commemoration of this important period for Ledro Valley.
Menus are available when specified, and includes the dishes in the menu, water, coffee and digestive. Wine and other drinks are extra to pay.
