The new Residenza Bella Villa is in the town centre of Riva del Garda, in a very central yet quiet area, only few steps away from the lake, historical centre, Fraglia della Vela, Congress Building, Harbour and about 300 m. far from the beach. Bella Villa has 6 full of light apartments and an independent bungalow “villetta”, all very well furnished and fully equipped with all modern technologies: air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, oven, dishwasher, security video-phone, chip-card keys. To complete the services there is a balcony and a parking place for each apartment and guests have free use of a storage area for bikes, motorcycles and surf equipment and of a washing machine. Price includes: light, water, gas, air conditioning, heating, courtesy set, bed linen and towels at the arrival, final cleaning, parking space. Small pets are allowed € 10 pro night.
