Violet potato is a special kind of potato, which adapts itself to the climate and the peculiarities of Trentino region. It was cultivated in Valle di Ledro and in the whole Trentino region because it survives the cold and rigid winters. In the past, with this variety of potato the people of Valle di Ledro used to prepare the famous potato's polenta, soups and dumplings.
Menus are available on Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner, and they include the dishes in the menu, water, coffee and digestive. Wine and other drinks are extra to pay. Reservation is welcome!
